What accommodations do the Garden Homes offer?

The community consists of thirty-one (31) homes and a Clubhouse used for resident group activities.

The Clubhouse is approximately 4,000 sq. ft. including:  a meeting room (large enough to accommodate all residents), kitchen, library, game room, fitness room, office and four bathrooms.  The large covered patio in the back is great for outdoor events.   Residents are encouraged to schedule the clubhouse for group or personal events.

Most of the homes have customizations to enhance their beauty and functionality made by past residents.

Can I bring my pet?

Your pet is a member of the family.  Pets are welcome, in accordance with the Pet Agreement.

What are the Garden Home Design Features?

The Garden Homes range from 1,400 to 2,900 sq. ft. and include many custom touches.  All rooms have 9-foot ceilings.  The main rooms all include crown molding and ceiling fans.  Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator, built-in gas range, built-in wall oven and microwave at an easy reach height, and a dishwasher.  Cooks will appreciate the walk-in pantry.  The master bath boasts an 8-foot cultural marble top with two sinks, and a separate tub, and shower.  There is a large walk-in closet with built-in drawers or shelves, double hanging rods and a window for natural light.

The Garden Homes is a “zero lot line community” where each home has one “side” yard that is maximized by building the home on the lot line of the home next door.  A “side” covered or enclosed patio is designed on that side of the home.  Each home has a front and back yard with size depending on the distance to the street or alley.  Windows on the opposite side of the house are typically limited to allow privacy for adjacent homes.  Resident use is limited to their front, back and side yard. Residents are required to obtain written approval for modifications to the Garden Homes property pertaining to placement, materials used, color & style.  Modifications may include, but not limited to: fences, gardens and personal property that might obstruct maintenance tasks.

How large is the Garden Home garage?

You’ll have plenty of room with an 18-foot wide double-car garage door with an automatic opener.  Both the garage and door are insulated for temperate space.  The garage also includes attic access and a closet for additional storage.
